Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Draft until Beautylogue’s App Store release.
What it covers
Some of what you give Beautylogue can describe your health: spot-check photos and the symptoms you type, the skin and scalp concerns you pick, ingredients you avoid (for example after a reaction, or during pregnancy), and what a review or spot check says about your skin. This page applies to that information, alongside our Privacy Policy .
How we collect and use it
You give it to us directly, in the app. We use it only to provide the feature you asked for: a review, a spot check or its follow-up, product flags for ingredients you avoid, an answer to a question, or People like you if you choose to be counted. Most of it stays on your phone; what reaches our servers is described in the Privacy Policy.
Who receives it
Only the service providers named in our Privacy Policy that run those features for us, chiefly Anthropic (which writes reviews and answers) and Supabase (our database), under contracts that limit them to providing the service. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You can see it in the app and delete it there, by deleting a review, clearing your concerns or avoided ingredients, leaving People like you, or deleting your account. You can also ask us at legal@blacktop.social to confirm what we hold, to send you a copy, to delete it, or to withdraw your consent. We answer within 45 days. If we refuse, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and if the appeal is refused you may contact your state’s attorney general.
